FBI Track Eco-Terrorist Rebecca Rubin in Vancouver
FBI agents are hunting in B.C.’s interior for a woman alleged to be involved in a domestic terrorism cell.
Vancouver police yesterday released a request for Rebecca Rubin to come forward and identify herself to Canadian authorities.
It is believed Rubin, 35, has been living in or visiting the Nelson, B.C., area for about the past 18 months, said Vancouver Const. Annie Linteau.
Rubin, described as an eco-activist, is wanted for conspiracy to commit arson of U.S. government property and property used in inter-state commerce, conspiracy to destroy an energy facility, arson of a building and attempted arson.
In January 2006, a federal grand jury in Eugene, Ore., indicted Rubin on multiple charges related to her alleged role in a domestic terrorism cell
